The management at the Saratoga Hot Springs Resort is here to make sure our guests are well taken care of. We want to provide an atmosphere of quality service as well as elegance.

Saratoga Hot Spring Resort’s Policy For Deposits, Reservations, and Cancellations:

The Saratoga Hot Spring Resort is a smaller resort in a remote setting. Consequently, cancellations affect us significantly. We do, however, understand that occasionally customers may need to alter their plans because of unexpected occurrences. However, we also want to offer the lowest possible rates. For this purpose, we offer both a non-refundable/non-transferable Best Available Rate OR a Flexible Rate which allows you to cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before you check in with only a $10 processing fee. With reservations booked with the Flexible Rate, cancellations must be made prior to 3PM, 2 days before the day of check in to avoid forfeiting 100% of your deposit. Reservations booked with the Best Available Rate are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Any reservations at Healing Waters Spa must be canceled 24 hours prior to your appointment. Reservations for snowmobile, ATV, and other activities are not part of Flex Rate program.

“I further understand and agree by declining the SRAS Flex Rate option, I forfeit my deposit in full should I need to cancel my reservation.”

All reservations are subject to an immediate deposit of your room’s total stay on the customer’s credit card at time of booking. The Saratoga Hot Springs Resort gladly accepts cash, traveler’s checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Loss or Damage Policy
The Saratoga Hot Spring Resort is not responsible for the loss, damage or harm to personal goods and property. I agree that my liability for the charges is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any part or the full amount of such charges.  I agree to be responsible for any additional compensation the Saratoga Hot Springs Resort may incur due to any disturbances or damages I may create during my stay.

No Smoking Policy
All guest rooms are non-smoking.  There will be an automatic fee of $150.00 charged for smoking in guest rooms.

No Pet Policy
There will be an automatic $150.00 fee charged if pets are found in rooms.

Food & Beverage Policy
All outside food or beverages must be kept in the privacy of your room.  Coolers and grills are not permitted on the resort property, as they can cause considerable damage. Coolers must be left in your vehicle.  Violators may be charged $150 for violation. Electric coolers for medication or baby formula are available at the front desk on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Problems or Emergencies
After midnight and before 7am you are advised to contact the Saratoga Police Department and they will notify management of Resort.  See guest directory in your room for details.

Under Age Children
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Appropriate Attire
Appropriate attire is expected in the pub, restaurant, and main lobby

Check Out
Check out time is at 11:00 am.  Anyone found to be in their room after designated check out time will be billed another nights stay.

Fitness Center & Locker Room Rules

  • Restricted for Registered Resort Guests and Resort Members only
  • Equipment must be used as directed
  • No one under 16 years of age without direct adult supervision
  • The Saratoga Hot Springs Resort is not responsible for injuries and all equipment is to be utilized at your own risk
  • No FOOD allowed in the fitness center or locker rooms
  • It is advised to consult a physician prior to beginning any new exercise regimen.
  • During the business hours of the Healing Waters Spa (9am-5pm), please limit the volume of any audio or video transmission.
  • The Saratoga Hot Springs Resort cannot assume responsibility for your personal belongings at the fitness center, locker room or our hot pool area.
