The Silver Saddle is back! 2014 marks a great beginning for the Silver Saddle restaurant! Everything we have had was excellent from beginning to end. Great menu, good service, and exceptional food. Keep up the good work. We look forward to many more visits this year!
Delicious Omelet — We had breakfast twice in the restaurant. The atmosphere and art were very nice and the service was good. The Wyoming Omelet was great, as was the Amaretto French Toast. I wanted to take some home with me!
Great buffet! The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices, you could also pick just the smaller buffet which offered plenty of food for a lesser amount.
“This was a nice weekend getaway for us coming from Colorado. The two restaurants on site were good. The brew pub served typical bar food. We had dinner in the other restaurant on the second night and loved the huge cobb salads we ordered.”
Food and staff where excellent! I had chicken wings for appetizer’s and Elk steak for main course. It was fantastic!! The steak was tender and seasoned perfectly. I would recommend it to everyone.

Great dinner and breakfast — Had dinner there 2 nights and the elk was fantastic. Breakfast was also good in the mornings. You could go light if you liked or have a hearty meal before hitting the trails.
Dinners in a outdoor setting — The specials were wonderful. Fresh western oysters one night – best experienced in over 50 years. Next, a bbq Veal t-bone. Attentive servers.
