Snowy Mountain Brewery in Saratoga is looking to expand capacity after their best year by far.
Steve Simpson states, “We are looking into another fermenter for the brew house, as we just can’t keep up with demand.” Regarding seasonal brews, he adds, “Our Honey Badger has been the latest to take off, and I’m planning on brewing Macadamia Nut Brown Ale to roll through the winter season.”
