4-Course Dinner Pairing
Scott Kerkmans–Award Winning Brewer, Certified Beer Judge, and one of the first 5 Certified Cicerone’s in the world joins Chef Michael to prepare a delicious 4-course dinner paired with Snowy Mountain Brewery craft beer. Dinner begins Friday night at 6pm in the Silver Saddle Restaurant and is $55 per person, including craft beer, tax and gratuity. Reservations required. Wyoming Home Grown performs LIVE in the Snowy Mountain Pub from 7pm to 10pm.

Beer Education Session, Cooking Demo & Fall Feast Dinner
Learn the finer points of ales, lagers, glassware, draft systems and every-thing else beer related from Scott Kerkmans in a Saturday morning session that begins at 11am. The afternoon session continues at 1:30pm with a cooking demo on Creative Thanksgiving Sides from Executive Chef Michael, followed by a Fall Feast Dinner at 6pm. Entire day is $35 per person and includes tax and gratuity. Reservations encouraged. Wyoming Home Grown performs LIVE from 7pm to 10pm!
