Dear Lisa,

It was great to see you and your team last week/this most recent weekend when I was, again, at Saratoga for a Tharp Family Reunion.

I just wanted to write to say “thank you” to you and your colleagues for being so welcoming and accommodating to me and my other family members. I was so grateful for how Jill (extra cookies on the front desk—yum!), Ha (wonderful table service), Sammy (oh, what a nice man!), you, and others were so friendly and helpful to us!

We also appreciated how your colleague (I’m sorry, I don’t recall her name) stepped in to take many pictures of our clan on the final evening.

I know it’s not easy putting up with 41 people, a third of whom are kids, but you all did a great job!

I look forward to seeing all of you again in 2018, if not sooner!

Lisa is amazing she met all our needs. Fantastic facility… love visiting there. Food is great… wonderful brewery accommodations. Amazing! I can’t say enough about the hot springs and staff. This is a delightful, great place for family reunions or any kind of get together, snowmobiling, or just taking a stroll in the neighborhood.

Another Family Reunion — We just held another family reunion at the Saratoga Resort. It was a great time. We had 40 people from ages 1 to Great Grandmas. From Northern California to Washington DC. Everyone had a very good time. All of the staff worked very hard to make sure of it!! Thanks Lisa for making it a wonderful weekend.I am sure we will be back.

We go there every year before Thanksgiving. It is a beautiful, relaxing getaway for your family. We have met many people there that we stay in touch with. Can’t wait for this year’s trip!!!!

Stumbled across this gem when we were traveling across the country. Peaceful Western rooms with natural hot spring pools just outside our room. Their pools were clean and the teepee tubs were private with incredible views of the night sky. An added bonus to our reservation was the onsite spa. Enjoyed a wonderful treatment from Jennifer. Dinner that night topped off our day and brunch the next morning got us ready for another day on the road.
