“Saratoga Resort and Spa is one of the most unexpected pleasant surprises. While it is an excellent resort hotel with on-site microbrewery and gourmet restaurant, it is also in the middle of all types of outdoors activities. Hunting, fishing, riding and ATV in the mountains or snowmobiling can all be done during a weekend trip. My wife and I visited the resort during the Beer Festival, and while I was sampling really excellent brews, she had her pampering at the spa. I took an ATV ride in the close-by Snowy Mountains, and then we relaxed in one of the outdoor pools fed by natural hot springs. This was our first trip there, but we liked it so much we already have made another reservation for the winter. I want to try the snowmobile ride in a couple of months.”

“We were traveling between Rocky Mountain National Park and Jackson, Wyoming, and needed a place to stay on the way. What a great find thanks to the TripAdvisor community. This is a throw back hotel property with lots of quaint charm. The staff is very friendly and the room are comfortable. It has its own restaurant, bar, and microbrew. We found the food to be quite good, as were the micro–beers. There’s plenty to do with kids as they have a game room, pools, and outdoor chess. If you are traveling through this area and enjoy quaint properties, add this to your itinerary.”

“We stopped twice this year at the Saratoga Resort when heading to Yellowstone and the Tetons from Boulder. It is a good place to break up an otherwise fairly long trip. The rooms are “rustic western” style but comfortable. There is an outdoor pool heated by the hot springs and several “individual” pools covered with tents where the water temperature ranges from 98 to 110 degrees. This is a good place to soak and relax – even if it happens to hail on you! The bar/restaurant has a variety of good food; the craft beer from the brewery is tasty. Sitting in the bar provides good “people-watching.” Saratoga is on the west side of the Snowy Range in Wyoming, and pretty much out there on its own. We haven’t checked out the rest of this small community much, but it seems interesting. We’ll be back to check it out further.”

“We stayed at the resort in July for a vacation; we were impressed with the resort. Pool and teepees were amazing and relaxing! Massage Therapist was excellent… by far the best message we’ve ever had! Golf-pro was courteous & quite helpful. Very good food and beer! Room clean and nice! Very friendly staff! We’ll be back next year!”
