POSITION TITLE: HOUSEKEEPING

The Company operates 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting and ending times, and hours worked in a week. 

The housekeeper cleans and supplies guest rooms and related areas in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state and local regulations. Promptly reports emergencies, accidents, injuries, missing articles, damage, engineering items and safety hazards to management

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Receive room assignments, priority room requests, keys and supplies from Housekeeping management. Review room assignments, retrieve and stock cart to ensure all supplies, linen and amenities are available to properly clean guest rooms. Review list for any special requests. Turn in keys, properly store and secure caddie/cart and unused supplies at end of shift.
  • Clean and stock guest rooms with appropriate supplies in accordance with policies, procedures and brand standards. Change linens and towels, make beds, scrub bathroom, vacuum, mop, dust, wash windows, mirrors and walls, remove trash, place amenities, etc. Perform quality check on the television, telephone, heating/air conditioning, and lights.
  • Appropriate and proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Prompt reports to housekeeping management of all emergencies, injuries, missing articles, damage, mechanical problems and safety hazards.
  • Prompt turn in to housekeeping management of all articles left in guest rooms after checkout for entry into Lost and Found.
  • On time and at work when scheduled and in proper uniform.
  • Attend department meetings as scheduled.
  • Consistent professional and positive attitude and actions when communicating with guests and associates.
  • Report any incidents of guest dissatisfaction or unusual matters of significance to manager so that corrective action may be taken.

POSITION TITLE: PART TIME BREWERY ASSISTANT

Position is a part-time position for executing and/or assisting in day to day brewery operations The best candidate is a person with one year of background experience in brewery operations, however, a strong desire to learn and willingness to work hard could warrant consideration with no prior experience. POSITION TITLE: SNOWMOBILE AND UTV OPERATIONS MANAGER & GUIDE

The Saratoga Hot Springs Resort is a Polaris Adventures Program Partner.  The Snowmobile and UTV Operations Manager oversees all the operations regarding snowmobile and UTV rentals, guided tours, and maintenance including but not limited to: supervising the rentals reservation process, assisting guests with questions and requests, facilitate the transporting of sleds/UTV’s performing routine maintenance and facilitating reparse when not able to be performed inhouse.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Supervising the rental’s reservation process
  • Assist guests with questions and requests
  • Perform maintenance and minor repairs 
  • Facilitate the transporting of sleds and UTV’s
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and ensure insurance compliance
  •  Oversee the maintenance, perform maintenance and repairs appropriate with personal skill level and knowledge  
  • Leads guests on an organized and informative trail excursion
  • Greets guests and provides an orientation on the proper operation of the snowmobiles and addresses all trail safety concerns
  • Adheres to safety policies and procedures to ensure the safety of guests
  • Works in conditions that involve exposure to unusual elements and extreme temperatures
