POSITION TITLE: HOUSEKEEPING

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Company operates 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting and ending times, and hours worked in a week. 

The housekeeper cleans and supplies guest rooms and related areas in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state and local regulations. Promptly reports emergencies, accidents, injuries, missing articles, damage, engineering items and safety hazards to management

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Receive room assignments, priority room requests, keys and supplies from Housekeeping management. Review room assignments, retrieve and stock cart to ensure all supplies, linen and amenities are available to properly clean guest rooms. Review list for any special requests. Turn in keys, properly store and secure caddie/cart and unused supplies at end of shift.
  • Clean and stock guest rooms with appropriate supplies in accordance with policies, procedures and brand standards. Change linens and towels, make beds, scrub bathroom, vacuum, mop, dust, wash windows, mirrors and walls, remove trash, place amenities, etc. Perform quality check on the television, telephone, heating/air conditioning, and lights.
  • Appropriate and proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Prompt reports to housekeeping management of all emergencies, injuries, missing articles, damage, mechanical problems and safety hazards.
  • Prompt turn in to housekeeping management of all articles left in guest rooms after checkout for entry into Lost and Found.
  • On time and at work when scheduled and in proper uniform.
  • Attend department meetings as scheduled.
  • Consistent professional and positive attitude and actions when communicating with guests and associates.
  • Report any incidents of guest dissatisfaction or unusual matters of significance to manager so that corrective action may be taken.
  • Comply with policies and procedures. Practice safe work habits and comply with sanitary, safety, security and emergency procedures. Write shift reports including reports on any incidents of theft, accidents or injuries when assigned. Check with manager leaving work area for any reason.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 
High school education or related experience.

SKILLS & ABILITIES: 
Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service. Ability to understand and comply with proper cleaning techniques, procedures and brand standards. Ability to operate a vacuum, mop and properly use cleaning equipment and supplies. Ability to timely complete assigned rooms, organize housekeeping cart, identify and investigate issues and resolve basic matters. Ability to follow an appropriate course of action based on policies and procedures. Ability to operate a lamp, phone, TV and other guest room equipment. Attention to details with good organizational and efficient time management skills.

POSITION TITLE: MASSAGE THERAPIST

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Take beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested
  • Mix drinks using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar and fruits
  • Check identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers
  • Monitor all patrons for alcohol intake to appropriate levels
  • Provide a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons
  • Keep bar area clean, safe and organized
  • Maintain a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware and other accessories
  • Organize the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory
  • Place orders for liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies
  • Slice, pit, and prepare fruit garnishes for drinks

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE: 

  • High School Diploma
  • Certification in Massage Therapy

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Preferred minimum of 2 years experience in Massage Therapy

ABOUT THE POSITION: 
This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to work alongside a great team. Must be able to work weekends. Compensation will be based on experience and correlated with service commissions.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS: 

  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times, adhering to departmental grooming standards, in full uniform.
  • Practice professionalism in every situation with co-workers, guests, and management, treating each person with respect and integrity.
  • Maintain positive relations at all times, including guests, members, telephone inquiries, and fellow staff
  • Greet all arriving and departing guests.
  • Maintain the confidentiality policy for all guests and members.
  • Receive and respond to all guest concerns, comments, or complaints with discretion and urgency.
  • Inquire as to the guest experience and level of satisfaction with treatments and services.
  • Perform services and treatments.
  • Follow all procedures and guidelines while administering massage therapy. I.e., adhere to draping policy, refer guests with medical problems to their physicians, adhere to time length and treatment protocols when administering treatments, and conduct a pre-screening to determine any client contraindications.
  • Perform prep work, properly clean, and restock room as required.
  • Remain current with all staff certifications and licenses.
  • Work individually with guests and Club members.

POSITION TITLE: BREWER’S APPRENTICE

POSITION SUMMARY:
Part/Full-Time position for executing and/or assisting in day-to-day brewery operations. The best candidate has a strong desire to learn and willingness to work hard. The brewer’s apprentice will report directly to our Head Brewer and will be actively involved in all facets of the day-to-day operation.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Assisting brewing team with brewing related issues, projects
  • Receiving raw ingredients
  • Packaging brews for distribution to customer
  • Basic brewhouse operation
  • Operating keg washer
  • Cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of brewhouse equipment and cellars
  • Sanitizing of tanks, filter equipment, hoses, etc
  • Proper handling of chemicals required for sanitization and cleaning of equipment
  • Understanding and practicing all internal safety standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Passion for all things Craft Beer with a focus on the local community
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team, with minimal supervision
  • Ability to be on feet all day and able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
  • Comfortable working with chemicals and willingness to adhere to safety, environmental, and brewhouse standards at all times
  • Must be available to work flexible hours
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
