Our finance team followed up with me today to ask about timeline and I told them I wanted to check in with you first. “I would like to tell you what a wonderful time everyone, I mean everyone, had this year at our annual Saratoga Hot Springs Resort takeover. I believe this was our biggest group to date with even more people interested in our future takeovers. If that is possible?? I’m sure you know but I would like to mention, what an awesome staff you have. Everyone was very attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our complete happiness. Dee always steps up to take care of all of us and we all look forward to seeing her each year. Lori did an outstanding job accommodating everyone in our group.She continually kept me up to date with our reservations as well as offering suggestions and ideas to keep the group fed as well as entertained. Mike did an outstanding job getting our golf tournament up and running as well as keeping us all hydrated and snacked up. It was great to see you and Lori during the Oktoberfest and hope you had at least half as much fun as we all did?You have helped me continue this Takeover and I am hopeful we can keep it going if everyone on your end wouldn’t mind seeing all of us again? “I just wanted to drop you an email regarding our last experience at The Saratoga Hot Springs Resort. This group visit was planned in November 2021 for the weekend of October 1st. Once again Cheena rose to the occasion to ensure us affordable rates as well as blocking rooms so that our group could be close to each other. Now that I think about it it also serves as a buffer for the guests not associated with our visit. Cheena thinks of everything!A few people in our group arrived on Thursday probably to take advantage of the peace and quiet that would not be available to them once everyone else arrived. They also had the opportunity to inform/warn the staff of what was about to happen over the weekend.The rest of our group arrived on Friday at various times. We were all greeted with a warm welcome from your front desk staff. It was so nice to work with Dee again. She is so helpful and extremely patient with all of us and seems to really enjoy making sure everyone is happy with their accommodations.Of course after checking in we all meet up at the Pub. I can’t begin to tell you how amazing Brooke and Maddie were during our stay. We all couldn’t stop talking about how exceptional they both are. Morning, noon, or night they both continued to provide all of us with amazing service and always had a smile no matter how busy they were.Now I must tell you that we planned another Golf Tournament this year and after a little communication issues early on everything went off without a hitch. Well one little hitch, we had to change days from Saturday to Sunday due to the wet conditions on the course Mike really stepped up to make sure we were able swing the sticks and was able to get us on the course early enough that some of our group that was leaving Sunday were still able to play.It is truly amazing with what is going on in the world that you are able to have such a dedicated, and hard working staff. They really make our group visit better. We sincerely hope they know the difference they make in all of your guests experience at the Resort.In closing I will answer the question I believe you might be thinking? Yes Yes Yes we will be back in 2023 for another Saratoga Hot Springs Resort Takeover!!Please let your team know how much we appreciate them and all the hard work they do to provide all of us with an amazing experience.
